**Changes due to COVID-19**
Due to the current restrictions in place to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we have had to change the way we do things. Unfortunately, this means that, for the moment, we are unable to hold any of our local support meetings in person. Some goups are still meeting online via Zoom or Skype. If you need any further information on those, please visit our Facebook page or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope that we will all be able to meet again soon. Until then, stay safe everyone.
One of the best ways to cope with Tourette's is to meet others living with the same condition and the same challenges. From experience we have seen how something as simple as a five minute chat, or a five minute play can help make us feel less isolated, however we recognise that Scotland is so vast that it's often difficult to gather everyone who needs us in the one place or at one of our main Tourette Scotland events. To try and reach as many of you as possible, we have set up some 'local groups' in various areas of Scotland. We haven't quite managed to cover the whole country yet but we hope to open more groups in the future. If anyone is interested in starting a group then please get in touch - our groups are currently run by our committee members but there just aren't enough of us to go around!
Here are the details of our current groups...
