Local Support Groups

One of the best ways to cope with Tourette's is to meet others living with the same condition and the same challenges.

From experience we have seen how something as simple as a five minute chat, or a five minute play can help make us feel less isolated, however we recognise that Scotland is so vast that it's often difficult to gather everyone who needs us in the one place. That's why we've set up some 'local groups' in various areas.

We haven't quite managed to cover the whole country yet but we hope to open more groups in the future. If anyone is interested in starting a group then please get in touch - our groups are currently run by our committee members but there just aren't enough of us to go around! See below for details of our current groups.
