This is a 2 part seminar, each session lasting 60 minutes. Here are the details of the individual sessions:
May 3rd - 7.00-8.00pm

- What eating healthy does to our body and mind.
- How to make eating healthy easier.
May 12th - 7.00-8.00pm
Session 2: Learn things like:
- How to meal prep.
- Kitchen safety techniques.
- Food safety and hygiene.
- How to eat healthy when you don’t cook.
